Floor Tiling Process

1. Quote & Consultation

We will organise a time to meet with you to discuss your vision of the space and how we can help you achieve it. We are more than happy to give you an on-site quote.

2. Measurements & Selecting Tiles

We will take measurements of the area to precisely calculate the quantities of tiles needed. We will also discuss the lay pattern with you.

3. Preparation

We will prepare the area and waterproof if required.

4. Tiling (this is the exciting part!)

We will lay the tiles in the pattern you have decided upon. Once this has been completed and the glue has cured, we will grout the tiles. This needs to be left until dried and then silicone will be applied to complete the work. Optional sealing will then be done.

5. Clean-Up

Once we have finished, we will clean the workspace and remove any rubbish. Your new tiled area is all yours to enjoy!

FAQs

How much tiles do I need for my floor?

We can calculate this for you. If you would like to do it yourself, you simply measure the total area of the space to be tiled, and add 20% to have enough margins.

What do I, as a customer, need to supply for the floor tiling?

You don't need to supply anything - we can take care of everything for you. However, you can supply your own tiles if you have them.

Will I have access to toilet and showers during the floor tiling process?

If you will have access to your toilet and shower during the process depends on the job. We will discuss if access will be limited during the consultation process.

Do you offer free on-site quotes?
